This policy explains how Union handles information received through unioneg.org. We respect the privacy of our visitors and customers and handle their data in line with applicable Egyptian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

Who we are

This website belongs to Mohamed Sayed Abd Elhalim and Partners (a partnership), trading as Union Petroleum Products Transport, Commercial Registration No. 53700 Giza, registered office: Gesr El Konaisa St., Abo Zarae, Omrania, Giza, Egypt. Privacy contact: info@unioneg.org.

Information we collect

• Quote request form: your name, company or organization, phone number, email address, the service you need, and the request details you write.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of visit, recorded automatically to secure the site and prevent abuse.
• One security cookie: when a page opens, your browser stores a small file holding only the time it was opened, for 7 days, so we can tell real requests from automated ones. It is not used for advertising or to track you.

We do not use advertising or marketing trackers on this site, and you do not need an account.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare a quotation and follow up with you.
• To contact you about the service you asked for.
• To protect the site and the request form from spam and automated programs.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Only the relevant Union staff can see it. Connections to the site pass through Cloudflare for security and speed, and the site's font is loaded from Google Fonts. We may disclose data when a competent authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we work with you and afterwards as needed for business and accounting purposes. Requests that the system classifies as automated are deleted automatically after 30 days.

WhatsApp and phone

When you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, your use of those services is governed by their providers' policies. We use what you send us only to reply to you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@unioneg.org. We will reply as soon as possible.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), and data is stored on company servers that only authorized staff can access.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
